Emma was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of cancer — one that requires urgent, highly specialized treatment that is simply not available everywhere. After extensive consultations with specialists across multiple countries, we were told that the best — and perhaps only — real chance for Emma's recovery lies at the MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas.

MD Anderson is one of the world's leading cancer treatment and research centers, known for pioneering therapies that have saved the lives of countless children. For Emma, this is not just a hospital. It is hope.

The Weight of the Costs

We will not pretend otherwise: the costs are devastating. The official patient charge estimate from MD Anderson totals $89,273 for Emma's clinical trial treatment plan alone — and this does not include travel, accommodation, follow-up care, or the many unforeseen expenses that come with a long-term treatment journey far from home.

As parents, we have spent every dollar of our savings, sold what we could, and borrowed from everyone willing to help. But it is not enough. We are turning to you — to the kindness of strangers who, we pray, will see our little girl and feel moved to help.
